Fall Balance Yoga & Painting Online Workshop

Fall is a dynamic, transitional time that invites us to contemplate our relationship to the unknown as we gather what we’ve sown throughout the year, connect to the generous seasonal energy, and creatively express new intentions. This workshop combines meditative visualization, breath work, hatha yoga, and intentional painting centered around balance. It is designed for the fall equinox or any time you want to harness some stabilizing lunar energy and honor the gifts of the fall season.

Recommended supplies: Yoga mat, printed moon reference drawing (included on page 6), blank paper or canvas (I used 11x14 inch canvas), pencil and/or charcoal, acrylic paints, brushes, cup of water. (any art supplies you have on hand will work for this.)

About the Instructor:

Aimee Schreiber is a registered Hatha Yoga instructor, director of The Copper Wolf Art Gallery, and co-host of the Intentionists Podcast. She combines her love of seasonal magic with yoga and art in this special workshop.
